Return Policy
Returns
No returns can be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number.
Unused, Make-up cases, Makeup brushes and Lip palettes
may be returned for a refund of the purchase price WITHIN 10 DAYS after
the your order has been delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items must be returned
in original box and original SELLABLE condition.
Damage Returns
Any Item Damaged due to shipping MUST be reported
as soon as you get it.
We must be contacted immediately at 949-218-3958 or by E-mail at
yvonne@makeupcreations.com
to provide you with an RMA number Return code.
Please provide us your order number, or First and Last Name.
Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number and Return code.
We will issue a pick-up for your order within 1 buisness day and replace
it for you as soon as we recieve it back or issue you a full refund for
the total amount.
Cancellation Policy
All orders ship within 72 hours. If it does not, we will notify you. All
orders may be cancelled up until the time they ship. Please notify us as
soon as possible by E-mail or Fax.
