Order Processing

Ground Orders

We normally process orders within 2 business days of receipt. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. All Holidays are observed. Your Orders are billed only when shipped.

Expedited Orders

EXPEDITED ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12.00 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, ARE SHIPPED THE SAME BUSINESS DAY, ALL OTHER EXPEDITED ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12.00 PM PST, ARE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. EXPEDITED ORDERS SHIP UPS AND OR FEDEX ONLY AND ARE APPROXIMATELY 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAY OBSERVED DAYS.

International Orders

Orders shipped to Canada: Shipping fees for orders going into Canada DO NOT include any Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees that could apply. We cannot Pre Determine these fees, If any.

At this time we cannot accept orders outside of the U.S. and Canada.

WARRANTY

Our products come with a warranty against factory defects for a period of one year from date of purchase from Makeup Creations. Makeup Creations will not be responsible for damage resulting from the customer's negligence or abuse, or for damage caused by aggressive or other improper handling by airport personnel.

RETURN POLICY

Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please Contact Us to receive your Return Authorization number.

Returns/Exchanges must be received with an Return Authorization Number attached to it within 20 days of Purchase Date, and/or within 10 days of Delivery date. No exceptions.

All cancellations of orders placed on the web site are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if not notified in writing within 1 hour of placing said order. Please send to Contact us.

Defective materials and/or faulty workmanship, needs to be reported within 2 days of receipt of item.

Items Purchased with A Free Gift, MUST be returned along with free gift item, or Free gift Promotional price will be charged accordingly.

Unused Make-up cases, Makeup brushes and Lip Palettes may be returned for a refund of the purchase price WITHIN 10 DAYS after the your order has been delivered. Items must be returned in original box and original SELLABLE condition.

All Cosmetic Makeup Kits, Master Makeup Kits, Glamour Girl Kits and Professional Makeup Artists Kits are Non-Returnable items.

Please review your order and Dimensions Carefully. No exceptions.
